Shedding is a normal occurrence in dogs and cats, however some shed more than others. A common owner complaint. Some animals shed more in the spring or fall while others shed year around. While you are thinking my short hair dog doesn’t shed that much you would be surprised to find out that the shorter hair dog actually sheds more than the longer hair dog, just not as noticeable. It is very important to consult your veterinarian if your pet has a sudden change in shedding patterns or unexpected hair loss.

How shed-out can help

Hair has three stages of life consisting of healthy guard hair, dying hair and dead hair. What the Shed-out process accomplishes is the removal of the dead hair and the dying hair that is ready to come out. A second treatment 10 to 14 days later is recommended to remove the dying hair that was loosened from the first treatment.

The process controls excess shedding and dramatically reduces the amount of hair in your home and car. What we take out here doesn’t go home with you. Also, dogs and cats love it ! It is similar to a full body massage because of the different tools that are used. That means less hair around the home and that added pampering your pet deserves.

Shed-Out vs. Allergies

Dander is a big problem for people with allergies. By removing the dead hair, that opens the passageway to being able to wash that dander off the pet. Otherwise the dead skin (dander) just sits under the dead hair and undercoat and causes your pet to smell bad too. The Shed-out helps solve that problem and leaves the skin thoroughly clean.

I cannot promise you your dog will not shed what I can promise you is what I take out here will not go home with you and I can say that shedding will be GREATLY reduced, and if maintained on a regular time schedule you will be amazed at the difference.

Cost

The cost for the initial treatment runs 20 to 40 dollars more than your bath or groom price USUALLY, the second treatment in less and if you get on regular maintance the cost is slightly more that your normal bath but you also have less hair and is so worth it.
